Angio rehab - with automatic stand

Modern ergometer with multifunctional applications

With the stand for the Angio, the ergometer can move up and down over a range of 140 cm. With the stand it is easier to move your arm Ergometry setting to another room, because it can stand free. For heavy use during arm-ergometry it is recommended to fixate the stand to the wall with the supplied parts. When is it not secured to the wall, the stand should be installed together with the optional stabilisation leg (#967815).

Together with the automatic stand the Angio becomes an ergometric unit that can be used for both arm and leg Ergometry (this setting is standard supplied with handcurbles). Its compact design makes it universally applicable for ergometric studies in those sectors in which standard ergometry cannot be used. The Angio operates independent of pedaling speed in the range of 7 - 1000 watt.

The Angio rehab is standard supplied with a 7" control unit with touch screen. Thanks to the built-in network module, the ergometer can be connected to the Lode Cardiac Rehab Manager Software, Lode Rehab Manager or the Lode Ergometry Manager.

A USB A-B cable for service purposes only will be standard delivered with the product. To connect LEM or LCRM you need a special interface cable that can be ordered under part number 930930.

Highlights

Easy to operate

For Lode products this means:
- easy to connect
- easy to move around
- easy user interface

Reliable and reproducible stress tests

The experience of professionals who calibrate many ergometers shows that the Lode ergometers are the most reliable across the complete workload and rpm range and still within specifications even after many years of intensive use.

High standards

Lode is a socially and environmentally responsible company. All Lode products are RoHS/WEE compliant and Lode is ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 certified. All medical products comply to MDD 93/42/EEC, incl. IEC 60601-1.

Additional features with PCU

Besides the possibility to program 24 protocols easily, this control unit offers the following features:
- better monitoring because of the additional and larger display
- a perfect combination with BPM
- possibility to measure SpO2

Multifunctional

The ergometer can be used for both arm and leg ergometry.

Features

Small adjustment steps

The workload of the Lode ergometers is adjustable in steps of only 1 watt. Depending on your wishes, the test operator or the test subject can adjust the workload. The steps of 1 watt are possible in the manual mode as well as within protocols.

Extreme low start-up load

The extreme low start-up load of 7 watts and the adjustability in small steps of 1 watt make this ergometer perfectly suitable for many different applications. The standard control unit shows multiple ergometry parameters and you can determine your specific default setting and start-up menu.

Accurate over a long period of time

The Lode ergometers are supplied with an electro-magnetic braking mechanism of Lanooy (eddy current). The biggest advantage of this braking system compared to a friction braking system is the absolute accuracy and the accuracy over time. Moreover, friction braking systems have more wearing parts.

LEM compatible

This product can be used with Lode Ergometry Manager (LEM) software to manage data and to apply specific protocols when a Communication card is present

LCRM compatible

This product can be used with Lode Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager software (LCRM)
Custom View

Customer specific display setting

Display settings are adjustable according to your specific requirements: each individual has its specific wishes about the parameters to be displayed. This can easily be adjusted with the Lode ergometers.

Versatile Interfacing

Various interface protocols guarantee perfect communication with all commonly known stress ECG and spirometry equipment

FAQ

Yes you can request the actual pedalling speed and power when you are cycling in Manual, Analogue or Terminal mode.
The load will only be returned when the pedalling speed is 30 RPM or more. For technical details see the Lode RS232 protocol
Yes you can. Make sure the chipset used in the converter is from FTDI to have good data acquisition.
Not sure what this means? Contact us and we will help you to get the right converter.
Yes! It is very easy to create a comfortable rehab setting with Lode rehab products by looping the ergometers:

The first Lode rehab ergometer can be connected to the PC with LCRM with a Lode proprietary network to PC cable (#930930).
The second product up till the last product can be connected to the previous one, a bus network configuration.

The last product always needs a termination plug to avoid interference and loss of data. All Lode rehab products come standard with such a termination plug.

Benefits
- Flawless data connection
- High bandwidth
- No interference of COM ports
- Looping
- Full access of all data in the product to LCRM
Yes, Due to the fact that the scientific research on the spread of Covid-19 is not yet conclusive Lode recommends to disinfect and clean all Lode products and their accessories (cuffs, heart rate belts, SpO2 sensors, handgrips/rails, touchscreens etc) that are in contact with the patient and or the medical personnel with a standard disinfectant as used in the hospital before and after every patient, with attention and care!

Since these agents are sometimes aggressive it might be advisable to check the effect on sensitive surfaces, like cushioning on non-visible areas. Lode will not take responsibility for discoloration due to these agents.
Yes you can upgrade to a newer LCRM version without any influence on the total LCRM installation, The Lode Streamers, ergometers and treadmills will work as usual.
SpO2 can be used to control the load of the ergometer. In the tab "SpO2 " you can choose to use SpO2 for automatic load adjustment and you can edit the settings (see manual LCRM 950902)
A Physical Work Capacity (PWC) Protocol can be programmed for the bicycle ergometers. During a PWC protocol the workload will increase every 2 seconds with 1 watt untill the set heart rate is reached. The Workload belonging to the target heart rate is the PWC result which is dependent on the physical condition of the patient.
