Modern designed treadmill for various ergometry purposes. It can be controlled by external equipment.
The control unit of the Valiant offers programming possibilities for speed, angle and standard tests like Bruce and Balke. With the heart rate option it is possible to program several heart rate controlled protocols. The low step-up height makes the treadmill perfectly suitable for all test subjects in the field of cardiology, rehabilitation and pulmonary function.
The Valiant offers a smooth acceleration from 0 km/h and is continuously adjustable in a range of 0,5 – 20 km/h (0.3 – 12 mph). The treadmill can be controlled with the control unit or by external equipment. The standard elevation is 0-25%.

This treadmill has a very low mechanical resistance. Other treadmills need a high capacity motor to meet the specifications, while This one only needs a capacity of 1,8 KW, because of the low mechanical resistance.

Service friendly belt treadmill
Lode treadmills are almost maintenance free. Because of the unique impregnated belt, no belt-greasing and no bearing-greasing are required. The belt is centered automatically without additional adjustment. The only annual maintenance that has to be done is checking the running and electrical parts and the velocity calibration of the treadmill.

Q - Can you use the LEM modules with the Valiant treadmill?

Yes the Valiant Treadmill can be controlled by the LEM and the modules Export and Multi Control. The treadmill is supplied with a RS232 port and can be controlled by a seperate communicationport

Q - Can the Valiant be controlled by LCRM?

Yes the Valiant Treadmill can be controlled by the LCRM. The treadmill is supplied with a RS232 port and can be controlled by a seperate com port.

Q - What is the principle of the Heart rate option?

The HR option is the well known Polar* heart rate receiver. The receiver is integrated in the software of the controller. The test subject has to wear the heart rate belt around the chest. The receiver is placed in front of the test subject (or integrated in the controller in case of a Corival) and the HR data will be displayed on the controller of the ergometer

Q - What is heart rate controlled cycling / protocol?

During heartrate controlled cycling or running, you can determine a maximum heartrate limit. When this limit is reached, the ergometer/treadmill will adjust the workload/speed so the heartrate will stay more or less stable. You can perform a HR controlled test with the standard controller. You can program HR controlled protocols with the controller of the Valiant, Corival, Angio and Excalibur (more heartrate limits in one protocol (per step)), and the LEM (multi control) software module.
