Excalibur Sport at the Human Power Team

The Human Power Team (HPT) Delft is a team of students from the Delft University of Technology whose aim it is to break the world speed record for Human Powered Vehicles on land. In order to reach this goal, they use an Excalibur Sport for testing. The lasts tests were performed with former world champion ice speed skating Jan Bos. He will try to become the world’s fastest cyclist at the World Human Powered Speed Challenge in Battle Mountain, Nevada. The actual record is set at 133 km/h.
